Christmas on the Beach

Santa is coming to the beautiful Fishermans Beach this Christmas!!
What better way to make this year as memorable as possible than to get your family photos taken with SANTA with the beautiful Longreef beach as your backdrop.

Each session will be unique to your family and will be 5 minutes in length. The set up will be a beautiful rustic theme with the option to have Santa in some or all of your photos. Bring whatever props you would like to make it as fun for your family as you'd like.

You will receive 5 high res digital images delivered to you via an online gallery within one week of your Session with Santa. The photo session will be held on Saturday and Sunday the 20th and 21st of November in the early morning and late afternoon. In the case of wet weather ruining our photo shoot, the sessions will be rescheduled for Saturday and Sunday the 4th and 5th December at the same time. Please only book in for November if you are able to book in for December as a backup.

Note that if more than one family set is attending (i.e. cousins/grandparents/aunties/uncles etc), I recommend booking two sessions back to back. Make your booking

Sessions will be held on Saturday and Sunday the 20th and 21st of November in the early morning and late afternoon. To book, click the link below and select your preferred date and time.

Arrive on the day

We suggest arriving 10 minutes before your allocated start time to allow for registration, covid check in, and preparing your family props.

Photoshoot

All sessions will be 5 minutes in length and include a beautiful rustic theme with the option to have Santa in some or all of your photos.

Recieve your photos

5 digital images delivered to you via an online gallery within one week of your Santa photoshoot.

Are you Covid Safe?

Covid safety is my main priority, for both you and your family. As the shoot will take place outdoors, there is plenty of room for social distancing. Hand sanitiser will be available prior to your session, and a QR code set up for check in. The bench will be cleaned between each session and Santa will maintain social distance at all times. I have set out a Covid Safety plan as per NSW health guidelines and this will be adhered to on the day. As the sessions will be held prior to December 1st, only those who are fully vaccinated will be allowed to make a booking in accordance with NSW covid regulations. A copy of your vaccination record will need to be shown on the day.

No props will be provided on the day, however what better way to make it as fun and personal for you and your family by bringing your own hat and dressing up.

What should we wear?

The set up for the shoot will be rustic with a hint of blue. You can wear whatever you and your family desire! Make it as Christmassy or non-christmassy as you wish! These are your photos, so let’s make it fun and unique to suit you. As I will not be providing Christmas hats/props (due to Covid-19 safety), I do recommend bringing your own Santa hats or props as you wish. Although this is completely optional.

What if it's raining?

Sessions will be held on Saturday and Sunday the 20th and 21st of November in the early morning and late afternoon. In the case of wet weather ruining our plans, the sessions will be rescheduled for Saturday and Sunday the 4th and 5th December at the same designated time slot. Please only book in for November if you are able to book in for the same time slot and day on December 4th/5th as a backup.

How many people can I have?

Sessions will accommodate a single family set. If you would like your extended family/friends/cousins/grandparents etc to join you, please select two back to back sessions. This will allow for more time to accommodate everyone and to not feel rushed.

What is your cancellation policy?

Bookings can be cancelled up to 7 days prior to your session and full refund given. If you cancel your session within 7 days of your booking, you will incur a 50% session fee. If you cancel within 24 hours, you will be charged the full session fee and no refund will be given. How long should I allow for my shoot?

Allow 15 mins for the session. Although the shoot itself will only run for approx 5 minutes, it is always good to allow some extra time. This will allow for registration, Covid-19 safe check in (if applicable at the time), sanitising, getting props ready, and the actual photo session.

Photoshoot Location

Each session will be held at the southern end of Fishermans Beach past the Long Reef Golf Club out the front of the Warringah Surf Rescue Radio Base at the far end of the carpark. This location gives a beautiful beach backdrop to your Christmas photos at both sunrise and sunset.
